Alan Dale Custom Homes began as an investment idea, a company that would allow the principle to build his own home, using the most talented and reliable sub-contractors, the highest quality materials, and the latest building techniques. Relying on decades of experience setting up operations for Fortune 500 tech companies, our founder soon realized that his talents and experience could be applied to homebuilding. The result was a luxury custom home so stunning that friends and neighbors were constantly asking who he had build the home. A second and third personal home followed, along with a number of luxury investment and spec homes. Over the course of a decade it became apparent that this was to be the next chapter, and so Alan Dale Custom Homes was created. Joined by two highly experienced, high-end luxury custom home builders, both with decades of experience, and a like-minded commitment to exceptional quality of design, materials and craftsmanship, Alan Dale Custom Homes is on a mission to create exceptional luxury homes in Austin’s most exciting communties!
