Before you buy your lot we evaluate the home site and confirm your desired home is feasible and that the site is perfect for all your needs. 

Home Design

We collaborate with you to create a custom home that fits within all of your desired function, design and cost parameters. We have excellent relationships with some of Austin’s top architects and designers, or we will be happy to work with one you have selected.

Detailed Specifications

We utilize a comprehensive specifications program to catalog every component of your home from plumbing fixtures, cabinets, appliances, finish carpentry, paint colors, and more.

Budget & Schedule

Based on your plans and specifications we create a detailed budget for your home and a comprehensive selection schedule that makes the selection process manageable and enjoyable and ensures that the build schedule to remains on track.

Construction Management

Our team is onsite daily to ensure all work is done to the proper specifications, and resolving any issues as they arise.

Easy Change Orders

This is a custom home and sometimes new ideas develop mid-construction, so we have developed a change order process that allows for these modifications and keeps you current of how those changes impact your bottom line.

Financial Support

Our finance team coordinates draws, insurance and lien releases for your home. We worry about crossing the ‘t’s and dotting the ‘i’s so you don’t have to.

Careful Completion

Our in-depth close-out process includes a full inspection by our construction management team. We work hard to find every little thing so that your final walk-though is hassle-free.

After Close Care

Our commitment to quality does no end with the close. Upon completion you find the same commitment to your satisfaction in our warranty care.
